At approximately 1147 hours on 02 April 2028, UNSUB-01 was observed meeting with an unidentified male subject in the parking lot of a commercial establishment on Route 54, New Florence, Missouri. The two subjects stood in an open area of the lot for approximately 11 minutes. No physical exchange of objects was observed. Both subjects departed the location separately, UNSUB-01 on foot northbound, second subject by vehicle, direction unknown.
